Site Merchandiser Job Description

We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Site Merchandiser to enhance the customer experience and sales performance on Amazon. This role involves planning and executing site merchandising strategies, campaign management, and content optimization to ensure a seamless and engaging shopping journey.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning on-site merchandising, campaigns, and promotional events for the e-commerce business. This includes developing and executing the site merchandising calendar, including Gateway campaigns, new product launches, program-led sales, and category-wide events.

  • Tracking and analyzing customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase funnels to optimize traffic and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and refresh storefronts based on customer demand and purchase patterns from wireframe development to execution.
  2. Coordinating with design teams to create engaging, conversion-driven marketing assets.
  3. Developing, testing, and analyzing new merchandising strategies to improve engagement, documenting results, and sharing best practices.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in Site Merchandising / E-commerce Marketing (Amazon experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to learn SQL, XML, and in-house merchandising tools.
  • Experience in data analysis to optimize site performance and customer engagement.
