Finance Leader Sought:

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to oversee General Ledger (GL) consolidation and Management Information System (MIS) reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely completion of month-end and year-end GL closing activities.
  • Consolidation of financial data from multiple business units/entities in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Inter company reconciliations and elimination of intercompany transactions.
  • Maintenance of chart of accounts consistency across entities.
  • Support for statutory audit, internal audit, and compliance processes.
  • Preparation of MIS reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
  • Analysis of variances between budgeted and actual financial results.
  • Provision of financial insights and dashboards for business reviews.
  • Collaboration with the FPA team to align MIS with forecasting and budgeting cycles.
  • Streamlining and automation of consolidation and MIS processes.
  • Ensuring robust internal controls and adherence to financial policies and procedures.
  • Identification of process gaps and implementation of improvements in reporting and consolidation practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance with a minimum 4-5 years' experience in accounts & finance.
  • Experience in MIS reporting and financial analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards such as IFRS or US GAAP.
  • Experience with intercompany reconciliations and elimination entries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Process improvement mindset with the ability to implement automation and controls.
