Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer to contribute to our organization's cutting-edge AI projects. This onsite role is based in Mumbai, offering a collaborative and dynamic work environment with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications, utilizing expertise in building and deploying large-scale solutions.
  • Work on natural language processing, computer vision, predictive analytics, and other advanced ML applications.
  • Optimize machine learning pipelines for performance and scalability, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and product managers, to drive project success.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI/ML and suggest improvements for implementation, leveraging knowledge of software development practices and agile methodologies.
  • Conduct experiments, validate results, and integrate solutions into production, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process.
  • Troubleshoot, monitor, and improve deployed models, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
Required Skills:
  • 3–7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles, with a strong proficiency in Python and popular frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Experience working with large language models and fine-tuning complex models, optimizing performance and reducing latency.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning pipelines, data preprocessing, and deployment frameworks (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI/ML deployment, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Good understanding of software development practices, Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
