AI Project Manager

The ideal candidate will own end-to-end delivery of intelligent automation and generative-AI programs. This role involves translating business goals into scalable technical road-maps while coordinating cross-functional engineering, data science, security, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, success metrics, and release plans for GenAI solutions.
  • Build and maintain detailed schedules, sprint plans, risk registers, and dependency maps.
  • Drive discovery workshops to capture business processes and identify automation or agentic opportunities.
  • Partner with solution architects to select models and orchestration frameworks.
  • Oversee development and deployment of RPA bots on cloud platforms.
  • Champion secure-by-design practices, ensuring model governance and Responsible AI compliance.
  • Establish KPIs—cost per transaction, latency, agent autonomy level—and deliver regular executive dashboards.
  • Manage vendor contracts and budgets.
  • Mentor scrum teams, conduct sprint retros, and drive continuous improvement with OKR tracking.
  • Coordinate change-management, user training, and hyper-care for production rollouts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6–8 years in technical project or program management, with at least 2 years leading AI/ML initiatives.
  • Demonstrated delivery of GenAI or LLM-based solutions.
  • Hands-on familiarity with RPA toolchains and process-mining platforms.
  • Proven command of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban rituals; Jira and Confluence power user.
  • Solid grasp of cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong data literacy: SQL, basic Python, prompt engineering, and model evaluation metrics.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs across product, legal, security, and operations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior work with agent frameworks or autonomous RPA orchestration.
  • Knowledge of process-mining tools.
  • Certification: PMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2, or SAFe POPM.
  • Exposure to generative design patterns, reinforcement learning-from-feedback, and prompt-chain optimization.
  • Experience in regulated domains with relevant compliance standards.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related engineering field.

Work Mode:

  • Primary location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad (Initially Remote).
  • Occasional travel (up to 5%) to client sites within India or APAC.
