Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Professional to provide comprehensive IT support across systems, networks, servers, and cloud platforms.

  • System & User Support: Provide end-to-end support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and access controls (Active Directory, Intune, O365).

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues.
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, and switches. Maintain and monitor network security and connectivity. Support VPN, Wi-Fi, and remote access solutions.
  • Manage and maintain Windows Servers, Exchange, and SharePoint environments. Perform backup and recovery operations using Veeam. Support SQL Server databases (basic administration, backup, monitoring).
  • Administer Microsoft 365 (O365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online). Manage Azure services including Intune, Azure AD, Defender, and Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, artifacts, boards). Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for automation, testing, and deployment. Monitor and enhance security posture to comply with CMMC and ISO 27001 standards.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of firewalls, routers, and switches. Experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory. Hands-on with Microsoft 365 (O365, Exchange, SharePoint). Experience in backup solutions (Veeam). Familiarity with SQL Server management.
  • Networking & Security: Proficiency in network troubleshooting and monitoring tools. Understanding of VPNs, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VLANs. Knowledge of CMMC, ISO 27001, and security best practices.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and documentation skills.

A proactive approach is essential in this role.
