Sr. Creative Strategist

Major Roles and Responsibilities:

  • We seek a highly skilled Sr. Creative Strategist to drive creative duties on multiple brands across various industries, from campaign planning and ideation to scriptwriting and copywriting.
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with the New Business team on all creative ideation and develop a compelling showcase for pitches.
  • Presentation skills are essential, as you'll need to present the entire creative plan for any campaign or narration of any script to clients on any brand.
  • This role requires an award-winning standard of creativity, ensuring that our work stands out in the industry and we bring recognition to the team through awards.
  • You will report to the Creative Lead, who will provide overall direction, feedback, and references for campaigns or other creative tasks.
  • Collaboration is key, as you'll work daily with the Integrated Solutions Team (account planning + client servicing) on tasks ranging from topical posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Visual direction will be provided to the graphic design team on any idea or concept from your team.
  • Able to understand and break down briefs to junior creatives, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Revisions will be worked on based on internal or external feedback, setting realistic timelines that allow for ideation and finesse while meeting client goals.
  • Present throughout each part of the production process from idea until the final product is uploaded, whether it's for an event, shoot, post, or any other creative articulation of an idea.
  • In-depth research about the brand and its competition, target audience, and being aware of what the brand needs at all times.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, news, and online trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and propose value-added, creative interactive strategies and presentations for pitches to convert clients.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage a team of junior creative resources and provide direction to them.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of target audience and ability to create content that appeals to them.
  • Knowledge of moment marketing campaigns and ability to propose topical content and campaigns proactively based on trending conversations relevant to the target audience.
