Claims Center Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a talented Claims Center Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of software development life cycles and system testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and System Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
- Experience with Agile projects and processes, including Scrum methodology
- Demonstrate user stories to the Scrum Master and ensure effective communication
- At least 5 years of testing experience in Claim Center, with expertise in Implementation, Stabilization, and Maintenance phases
- Convert business scenarios into test cases, ensuring thorough coverage
- Perform System Integration, System, and End-to-End testing
- Estimate testing effort for user stories efficiently
- ISTQB certification is an added advantage
- Identify and document defects effectively
- Proficient in Test and Project Management tools like Azure DevOps
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Associate Analyst Certification is mandatory
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Test and Project Management tools like Azure DevOps
- Associate Analyst Certification
