Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching and Training: Develop and implement effective coaching and training programs to enhance product/process knowledge, empowering colleagues to excel in their roles.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent scoring and feedback delivery approaches, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to heighten awareness and focus on positive customer experiences, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in handling quality assurance for outbound sales accounts.
  • Strong understanding of audit and coaching processes, with a proven track record of driving improvements.
  • Excellent writing and comprehension skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and reports.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
  • Technical knowledge of English communication principles, with a focus on clarity and precision.
  • Effective presentation, feedback, and coaching skills, with a passion for developing others.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office, preferably Excel and PowerPoint, with a focus on data analysis and visualization.
