Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of hotel listings across multiple meta-search platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify hotel listings on various meta-search websites.
  • Identify and report discrepancies in pricing, availability, and listing details.
  • Simulate bookings online to confirm that prices shown match actual booking prices.
  • Process high volumes of checks with precision and speed.
  • Maintain organized reports of findings using Microsoft Excel.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent internet research skills and navigation abilities.
  • Prior experience in booking hotels or flights online is beneficial.
  • Good typing speed; knowledge of desktop publishing or similar roles is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is preferred.
  • Able to handle repetitive tasks with speed and precision.

Work Details:

  • Office-based position in Noida, Sector 3.
  • Monday to Saturday (6 days a week).
  • Fast-paced environment emphasizing accuracy and productivity.
