Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Home Care Services professional to join our team. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process requisitions and other business documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor account balances and approve purchases as needed.
  • Advise departments on best practices related to fiscal procedures.
  • Manage account records, issue invoices, and handle payments.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any accounting discrepancies.
  • Analyze financial data and assist with audits, reviews, and tax preparations.
  • Update financial spreadsheets and reports with the latest available data.
  • Prepare operating budgets, financial statements, and reports.
  • Review existing financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide assistance with payroll administration.
