Job Overview:

The position of System Support Specialist involves configuring, monitoring, and maintaining software and hardware for Access Control and CCTV systems globally. The staff will be the primary contact for all Security Technology related issues/outages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Product Support: Configure and troubleshoot Access Control and CCTV systems; provide remote support to internal clients on system configuration; identify and analyze system failures and provide support to on-site techs for break-fix.
  • Application Server Support: Install and configure security system applications on servers; provide 24x7 monitoring of application services hosted on servers.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Respond timely and professionally to emergency service calls during office hours and off-office hours including nights; involve other team members to establish best practices/decisions; act independently as and when required.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Access Control and CCTV systems; experience in Installation and Maintenance of Access Control and CCTV Systems is a plus.
  • Experience in CCURE 9000 and CCURE GO software and all related hardware (e.g.: iStar controller) and their integration.
  • Experience in enterprise CCTV systems like Intellicene (Cognyte/Verint), Symphia VMS, Genetec video solutions etc.
  • Experience in Windows Server Operating systems (e.g.: Windows Server 2016, 2019).
  • Experience in SQL is a plus; experience in PowerShell programming.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking; technical trouble-shooting and reverse engineering skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; motivated self-starter and ability to multitask.

Working Hours:

The staff will be working in shifts including night shift. Working hours will be 9 hours a day, 5 days a week.
