A seasoned Medical Leader is required to spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive medical affairs strategy. This individual will be responsible for fostering collaboration between the medical and marketing teams, providing robust medico-marketing support, and ensuring alignment with the company's business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert medical references and data to inform product positioning and new product research and development.
  • Support the marketing team with strategic advice on promotional activities to ensure accurate messaging and compliance.
  • Prepare comprehensive product manuals, product monographs, and training slides to enhance understanding and communication of product benefits.
  • Develop Continuing Medical Education (CME) materials to support ongoing education initiatives.
  • Evaluate new product ideas and presentations, providing insights and recommendations to the marketing and business development teams.
  • Conduct medical training sessions for field staff to ensure they are well-informed about products and therapeutic areas.
  • Actively participate in clinical studies to gather relevant data and insights that inform medical affairs strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging science to provide insights that drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications include an advanced degree in life sciences, a minimum of 15 years of experience in medical affairs or related fields, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.
