Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Automation Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Test Automation and expertise in various automation tools such as Selenium, UFT, Web Services, Soap UI, API testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design the architecture of automation projects
  • Promote QA productivity through automation tools and best practices
  • Assist in process improvement efforts to ensure test planning execution and reporting is effective and efficient
  • Lead the definition implementation and maintenance of standard test automation processes methodologies tools and templates
  • Work with teams on automation strategy and tool kit selection
  • Conduct code reviews and verify coding standards
  • Collaborate with peer discipline leads in Development QA and Project Management
  • Mentor junior and senior software quality engineers
  • Experience in ReSTful SOAP Webservices Groovy
  • Experience in BDD Tools like JBehave or Cucumber
  • Experience in CI Tools like Jenkins
  • Experience in Database testing
  • Experience in Built tools like Gradle or Maven etc
  • Excellent written communication documentation skills
  • Experience in working with dispersed teams
  • Customer facing experience is required

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Airlines ecommerce automation testing experience is a plus
  • Experience in transitioning automation activities from other teams vendor will be a big advantage
