Sales Automation Expert Wanted

We are seeking a skilled n8n developer to build, test, and deploy an AI-powered sales and lead generation workflow. The goal is to automate the process from initial company identification to personalized email outreach.

The ideal candidate will have experience with complex workflows in n8n and strong proficiency with REST APIs, handling JSON payloads, and managing authentication.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build the end-to-end workflow in n8n as described above, ensuring reliability and scalability.
  2. Integrate various third-party services via API, including Google Sheets, OpenAI, Apollo.io, and potentially web scraping services.
  3. Implement robust error handling and logging within the n8n workflow.
  4. Craft expressions and light code (if needed) to correctly parse and map data between nodes.
  5. Collaborate with us to refine prompts for the AI nodes to ensure high-quality outputs.
  6. Provide clear documentation on the workflow's setup and maintenance.

Requirements:

  1. Expert in n8n: Demonstrable experience building complex workflows in n8n is essential.
  2. API Integration: Strong proficiency with REST APIs, handling JSON payloads, and managing authentication.
  3. AI Integration: Experience integrating LLMs into automated workflows.
  4. Web Scraping & Enrichment: Familiarity with concepts and tools for web scraping and data enrichment.
  5. Problem-Solving: Ability to debug complex automation issues and think critically.
  6. Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data mapping and workflow logic.

Nice-to-Haves:

  1. Experience with sales/marketing automation.
  2. Basic JavaScript knowledge for use in n8n's Function node.
  3. Familiarity with Google Sheets functions and formulas.
