Job Opportunity: Director of Planning and Strategy

The role of a Planning and Strategy Director requires an expert understanding to leverage social platforms for creative campaigns.

Key responsibilities include working closely with the client servicing team, continuously improving strategy direction, and recommending programs and tactics.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competition, consumer behavior, culture, and brand to develop unique insights.

  • Prepare and present sharp visual presentations with compelling narratives.
  • Translate business objectives into social/digital media objectives, enriched by proprietary benchmarks.
  • Define overall strategy in terms of distribution and amplification, including competitive analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Post Graduate with 7+ years of experience in brand planning, social/digital campaign management, and digital creative strategy.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to connect business requirements to strategy solutions.
  • Research and data analytical skills to generate insights for strategy development.
  • Passionate about fast-evolving social/digital media environment.
  • Eye for innovation and emerging platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively with integrated teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
