Healthcare Product Manager Role

We are seeking an analytical and strategic thinker to drive product development for our claims processing platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong domain expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights.

About the Role
  • This is a key position within our organization, responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap across the RCM domain.

The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with clinical teams to understand healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements. Additionally, they will be responsible for analysing healthcare claims data to identify refinement/optimisation opportunities and user pain points.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Roadmap Definition: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with business objectives and industry trends.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of healthcare claims data to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and effective stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as healthcare administration, business analytics, or computer science.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving product growth and innovation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
