Job Summary:

  • The role involves onboarding new clients, conducting nutrition consultations, and supporting content creation for our educational platforms.
  • You must be comfortable communicating over calls, emails, and WhatsApp, and simplifying health advice in a friendly, professional tone.

Duties:

  • Handle client onboarding calls and explain their health journey clearly
  • Conduct 1-on-1 consultations and create personalized nutrition plans
  • Write clear, simple content for blogs, guides, and videos
  • Respond to client queries over WhatsApp/email in proper written English
  • Collaborate with the team on content and program development

Requirements:

  • Entry-level health and wellness professional with 0–1 year of experience
  • Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
  • Excellent spoken and written English – this is critical
  • Great communication skills and people-friendly attitude
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership
  • Bonus: Interest in diabetes, metabolic health, or digital health content
