Job Description:

Technical Consultant/Developer Role Overview
  • Design, deploy, customize and integrate Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
  • Develop business processes, plugins and workflows to drive operational efficiency.
  • Create custom entities and relationships between those entities.
  • Handle multiple business units with data segregation and cross BU access/roles.
  • Develop self-service portals and custom portals integrating multiple Dynamics instances.
  • Develop applications using Microsoft .Net, C#, JSON and jQuery.
