Change Management Expertise

We are seeking senior professionals with exceptional expertise in change management to drive business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality deliverables through rigorous internal reviews and obtain outstanding feedback from clients and project counterparts.
  • Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of the HR functional domain, driving business results through strategic change initiatives.
  • Cultivate effective client communication, collaboration, and relationships with clients and project teams across global locations.
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance change management capabilities within the organization.
  • Build and leverage change management capabilities in collaboration with various parts of the organization and other member firms.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources.
  • 6-9 years of relevant experience, including executing change management efforts on global client projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of organizational change management elements, including change strategy, visioning, communication, impact assessment, readiness assessment, stakeholder engagement, training design, and network implementation.
