Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our software development process, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our ERP system by defining comprehensive test strategies and scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed test plans and strategies based on business and technical requirements.
  • Lead and execute functional, regression, integration, system, performance, and security testing for complex ERP modules.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and identify potential issues early.
  • Champion quality assurance best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field; certifications like ISTQB Advanced Level are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in software testing, preferably in ERP systems.
  • Proven track record of leading QA teams and managing complex testing projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Regulatory Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, EMA).
  • Experience ensuring software compliance with regulatory requirements, including data integrity and electronic records management.
