We are looking for a skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology support and experience with collaboration tools. They will be responsible for automating business processes, participating in technical design, and managing ongoing feature changes.

This role requires a high level of technical expertise, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams. The successful candidate will oversee the administration and integration of our collaboration platforms, working closely with internal and external partners to establish strong relationships with users.

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • 5+ years of experience in technology support
  • 5+ years of experience in Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks
  • Experience using Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, Power Platform

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize collaboration systems
  • Record and manage changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes
  • Ensure system security, implement standards, and respond to failures or performance issues
  • Produce performance, capacity, availability, and security reports
  • Write technical documentation and collaborate on ongoing issues and projects
