We are seeking an experienced Power Platform specialist with 5+ years of expertise in designing, developing and implementing business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

  • Lead the migration of legacy InfoPath forms to Power Apps within Microsoft 365.
  • Modernize workflows and build scalable automated solutions that improve business processes across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in end-to-end migration of InfoPath forms into Power Apps.
  • Architect and develop complex Power Apps solutions integrated with Dataverse SQL and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Build and optimize workflow automation using Power Automate to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements design scalable solutions and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with governance security and best practices for the Power Platform and SharePoint.
  • Troubleshoot debug and resolve issues across Power Apps Power Automate and integrations.
  • Document technical solutions migration strategies workflows and governance policies for long-term maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI).
  • Proven track record of migrating InfoPath forms to Power Apps.
  • Advanced expertise in Power Apps (Canvas Model-Driven Apps) and workflow automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse and integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services.
  • Experience developing custom connectors and working with REST APIs or Microsoft Graph API.
  • Deep understanding of Power Platform governance ALM and security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with Power BI dashboards for analytics and visualization.
  • Familiarity with SQL Azure services and JIRA or similar workflow/project tools.
