A six-month contract role for women returning to work after a minimum 36-month career break offers an opportunity to revitalize their careers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify opportunities for process improvement in procurement processes and implement changes to optimize costs and increase value.
  2. Expand the partner base for a region/category of spend, leveraging relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.
  3. Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual cost optimization initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and targets.
  4. Maintain and enhance relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment that drives success.
  5. Assess automation needs in procurement processes and make recommendations to drive automation/business process reengineering initiatives, leading to increased efficiency and productivity.
  6. Negotiate with partners on commercial and contract terms, securing favorable agreements that support business objectives.
  7. Interact with business stakeholders, keeping them informed on project progress and providing regular updates on key performance indicators.
  8. Track progress toward goals and document performance on key metrics, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • An established academic record and previous job experience, demonstrating a strong foundation for success in this role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective decision-making and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, combined with impressive interpersonal and negotiation skills, facilitating collaboration and building strong relationships.
