Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Linux Support Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing, configuring, and maintaining both physical and virtualized servers (Linux and Windows), as well as installing, configuring, and managing operating systems and essential services through remote consoles.

About the Role
  • Server Management: Manage, configure, and maintain both physical and virtualized servers (Linux and Windows)
  • Install, Configure, and Manage Operating Systems: Install, configure, and manage operating systems and essential services through remote consoles (IPMI, IDRAC, KVM)

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring hardware, applications, and network status and proactively resolving issues. They will also collaborate effectively with clients to resolve issues and maintain strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a web hosting industry
  • Expertise in cPanel/WHM, Plesk, and server environments (Linux and Windows)
  • Proficiency in on-premise virtualization tools (Proxmox, SolusVM, Virtualizor)
  • Familiarity with automation deployment tools (Ansible, NOC-PS)
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Librenms, Zabbix, Icinga2, Grafana/Prometheus/AlertManager Stack)
  • Strong understanding of networking and server fundamentals, DNS, and protocols
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
  • Marathi/Hindi/English Communication skills
