Job Title: Supply Chain Operations ManagerAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our logistics operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless order fulfillment, managing warehouse and delivery partner performance, and providing regular updates on order status.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in orders, such as quantity or quality issues.
  • Handle return requests promptly and implement preventive actions to minimize future discrepancies and returns.
  • Track B2C order RTOs & B2B order RTVs, identify trends, and find solutions to control returns.
Fulfillment Performance Metrics:
  • Fulfillment Rate performance On-shelf & Warehouse availability.
  • Order to delivery Turn-around Time (TAT)
  • Cost performance
  • Discrepancy report
  • Inward performance & accuracy
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
  • Basic understanding of Warehousing & Logistics operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
