Physician Billing Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the full-cycle physician billing process for multiple Canadian provinces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Canadian physician billing and a strong knowledge of billing systems such as OHIP, MSP, AHCI-P, and others.

The selected individual will be responsible for submitting claims accurately and on time using various platforms and identifying and resolving claim rejections or underpayments. They will also stay up-to-date with changes in provincial billing codes, rules, and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full-cycle physician billing process for multiple Canadian provinces

A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Canadian physician billing is required. Strong knowledge of billing systems, excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail are essential.

Preferred qualifications include experience in multi-specialty physician billing, prior leadership or team management experience, and certified medical billing training.
