Procurement and Supply Chain Director

The ideal candidate will oversee procurement and supply chain activities to ensure the smooth delivery of materials and services.
- Lead a team of sourcing professionals in achieving organizational objectives by developing cost-effective strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers for precision-machined components, focusing on quality systems, production capacity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough cost analysis, benchmarking, and identify opportunities for cost savings through alternative sourcing, process improvements, and vendor consolidation.
- Manage the procurement of imported and locally sourced parts, ensuring timely delivery at optimal cost and quality.
- Oversee supplier development, negotiation, and warranty claims management, maintaining back-to-back warranty arrangements.
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of materials and services, providing expertise and advisory support for vendor development in new and existing projects.
- Maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Required Skills:
- At least 18 years of experience in core supply chain management.
- Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in sourcing functions.
- Strong background in tool room or machine-building industry.
