Job Description

We seek a seasoned Financial Analyst with expertise in the copper mining industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, and dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost control measures and optimize financial planning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books, maintaining compliance with tax regulations, statutory audits, and internal controls.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in SAP implementation, preferably in the FI/CO module.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Work Schedule and Location

This role offers a flexible working schedule from Sunday to Thursday and is based in Gurgaon, Sector 48 with hybrid work arrangements.
