EDXSO is an educational consultancy and K-12 solutions firm. The company specializes in transforming K-12 schools by offering strategic planning, innovative solutions, and comprehensive support in areas like leadership development, faculty training, technology integration, and stakeholder engagement.

We are looking for an experienced and well-networked School Relationship Manager with 5–8 years of experience in managing school partnerships and client relationships.

This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth onboarding of schools, maintaining strong engagement, and driving repeat participation in the Education solutions.

  • Leverage existing school connections to onboard institutions into the Edxso Initiatives.
  • Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with principals, coordinators, and decision-makers.
  • Ensure end-to-end onboarding including documentation, registration, and payment realization.
  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned schools, addressing queries and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Monitor school participation, track engagement levels, and gather feedback.
  • Conduct orientation sessions, webinars, and events to strengthen engagement.
  • Maintain accurate school records in CRM and ensure timely reporting.
  • Drive retention by ensuring schools continue participation in subsequent years.

Key performance indicators include:

  • Number of schools onboarded from existing network.
  • School retention and repeat participation rate.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction scores.
  • Timeliness of payments and accuracy of handovers to operations.

Responsibilities include leveraging existing school connections, establishing long-term relationships, ensuring end-to-end onboarding, and driving retention.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related fields, with 5–8 years of relevant experience in school relationship management.

Prior experience with EdTech programs, or assessment solutions, is preferred.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are required.

Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office applications is necessary.

A deep understanding of the K–12 school decision-making ecosystem and a strong presence within the Delhi/NCR school network are beneficial.

The ability to manage multiple school accounts with professionalism and efficiency is essential.
