Print Production Supervisor

This role oversees daily print operations, ensuring timely project delivery through effective management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client expectations
  • Adhere to client process and policies for timely task delivery
  • Provide technical support to minimize costs
  • Partner with artwork studios and printers for quality prints and consistency
  • Support design phase through artwork process review and risk identification
  • Lead conversations with stakeholders during color assessment on print work
  • Strong project management skills, tracking timelines and meeting deadlines
  • Manage color standards storage and arrange courier services
  • Take initiative and proactively resolve challenges
  • Foster relationships across stakeholders
  • Provide onsite, offsite, and printer site support as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years progressive print production experience or equivalent education
  • Client-facing experience and prior project/account management
  • Familiarity with Color Management or Separation tools
  • Strong knowledge of various Print methods (Offset, Flexo, Gravure)
  • Analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and clients
  • Autonomous and team-oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with attention to details and deadlines
  • Occasional local/international travel required
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications
