About the Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through paid media strategies across digital platforms.

This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns.
  • Own the campaign budget and make strategic decisions to maximize ROI and customer growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for key metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages to drive performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling campaign assets.
  • Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Report on campaign performance and share actionable insights with stakeholders.

Requirements

Key requirements for this role include:

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing in a fast-growing or digital-first environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Facebook Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into strategy.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of key marketing metrics: ROAS, CAC, CLTV, attribution models, etc.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • A collaborative mindset, comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting ideas clearly.
