Brand Ambassador Job Description

We are seeking an charismatic and outgoing Brand Ambassador to represent our cinema property with style, substance, and social influence.

The ideal candidate will be the face of our cinema – interacting with staff and customers while ensuring customer delight. They will promote our property on social media and engage influencers, organize events, activations, and special previews, and keep our brand aspirational and always in the spotlight.

About The Role:
  • Represent the cinema at all times, promoting a positive image and fostering relationships with staff and customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing concerns with empathy and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Promote the cinema's social media presence and engage with influencers to increase visibility and reach a wider audience.
  • Plan and execute events, activations, and special previews that showcase the cinema's offerings and appeal to new generations of moviegoers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that elevate the cinema's reputation and drive sales.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, PR, Hospitality, or Media.
  • An active Instagram profile with 10K+ followers.
  • A pleasing, positive personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong connections within the PR and influencer networks.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
