Senior Affiliate Marketing Lead

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Drive Strategy & Growth:
      • Take ownership of our affiliate marketing program and turn it into a growth engine driving significant revenue.
      • Set clear goals and work backward to build strategies that scale.
    • Manage Brand Relationships:
      • Be the face of our company for key brand partnerships.
      • Work closely with brands to create win-win campaigns and collaborations.
    • Optimize Performance:
      • Deep-dive into campaign data to figure out what's working and what's not.
      • Test new ideas, tweak commissions, and find ways to keep affiliates engaged and motivated.
    • Collaborate & Lead:
      • Partner with internal teams (content, analytics, social) to make affiliate campaigns shine.
      • Share feedback, align on strategies, and ensure smooth execution across the board.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital strategy, or partnerships.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through affiliate programs.
  • A knack for building relationships and getting people excited about what you're working on.
  • Strong analytical skills—you can look at numbers and know exactly what's going on.
  • Confidence to take charge, adapt on the fly, and own results.
