Job Title: Data Scientist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Data Scientist to join our team. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to apply data science across business functions, developing predictive and prescriptive models, and collaborating with business stakeholders to frame and deliver data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop predictive and prescriptive models for use cases in commercial, supply chain, and operations
  • Work with large datasets to clean, analyze, and visualize key trends and drivers
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to frame and deliver data-driven insights
  • Deploy models and monitor their performance over time
  • Contribute to scaling AI capabilities across the organization
Requirements:

To be successful as a Data Scientist, you should have:

  • A Master's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field
  • Certifications in machine learning or analytics are advantageous
  • Strong programming skills in Python or R and familiarity with libraries such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Pandas, NumPy
  • Experience with data visualization and storytelling using tools like Power BI/Tableau or Python dashboards (Dash, Streamlit)
  • Proficient in querying and transforming data using SQL/noSQL and working with structured/unstructured datasets
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)
