Job Title: UK Study Visa Counsellor

This role involves supporting students who wish to pursue higher studies in the UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and assisting students throughout their journey, from inquiry to visa approval.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze study inquiries: Handle first-level counselling for UK study inquiries (eligibility, intakes, courses, universities, tuition fees, scholarships, living costs)
  • Explain visa requirements: Explain visa requirements, application timelines, and documentation checklist
  • Guidance on education loans: Guide students about education loans, fee payment, and scholarship options
  • Document collection and verification: Collect and verify documents from students
  • File submission: Submit files for document assessment via partners
  • Partner follow-up: Follow up with partners for offer letters and escalate delays
  • Tuition fee payments and loan guidance: Support students with tuition fee payments, loan documentation, and forex guidance
  • CAS document preparation: Assist in CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) document preparation

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Inquiry to registration conversion ≥ 25%
  • Offer letter turnaround time ≤ 10 working days
  • CAS mock pass rate ≥ 90%
  • Visa file error rate = 0 critical errors/month
  • CRM hygiene = 100% entries complete & updated
  • Weekly reports submitted on time = 100%
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of UK study system (intakes, tuition fees, scholarships)
  • Organized with documentation and timelines
  • Ability to explain financial requirements clearly
  • Polite, patient, and student-focused
