Job Summary:

A senior professional is sought to fill a key role in our firm's tax department.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in statutory compliances, transfer pricing, and tax audits, along with sound knowledge of income tax laws and international taxation.

Responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing tax audits, transfer pricing documentation, income tax returns, and statutory forms based on applicable provisions.

The successful candidate will also conduct legal research, prepare appeals, submissions, and documentation for cases before tax authorities, assist seniors in representing cases before tax authorities, provide consultancy on TDS applicability and withholding tax implications for domestic and international transactions, and advise on employee tax structures and incentives.

Required qualifications include a minimum 4 years of relevant experience in taxation, compliance, and audit, proficiency in Income Tax Law, computation, tax audits, and transfer pricing, and strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with SAP.

Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and drafting abilities, are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review tax audits, transfer pricing documentation, income tax returns, and statutory forms.

  • Assist seniors in representing cases before tax authorities.

Requirements:
