Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced digital content specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of AEM authoring, Digital Asset Management (DAM), and SEO principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage AEM authoring tasks, including content creation, updates, and optimizations.
  • Organize and maintain DAM for efficient asset management.
  • Ensure SEO best practices are implemented in content structure and metadata.
  • Perform quality assurance on web pages, ensuring content is accurate, error-free, and aligned with business requirements.
  • Create and maintain testing checklists for QA purposes and ensure consistent quality of web pages.
  • Work closely with development, design, and marketing teams to execute content changes.
  • Utilize AEM components, templates, and workflows to support content management processes.
  • Audit content regularly for compliance with SEO guidelines and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather content requirements and prioritize projects.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an AEM Author or similar role.
  • Expertise in AEM (6.4 or higher), including authoring, taxonomy, and DAM management.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and implementation within AEM.
  • Proven experience in QA of web pages, with the ability to create and maintain testing checklists.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for content management and web design purposes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing web content and assets.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • AEM Cloud and content migration process.
