Job Opportunity: Senior Store ManagerWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced retail leader to drive the success of our flagship boutique. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for fashion, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.Job Description:
  • End-to-end ownership of the store, including sales, operations, and customer service.
  • Builting and managing relationships with high net worth clients and closing high-value jewelry sales.
  • Providing strategic leadership and direction to the boutique team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive sales and profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • MBA from a leading institution and a fashion graduate from a Tier 1 Indian college.
  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands or real estate consultancy firms.
  • Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers.

The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, have knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry. They will also be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
