We are seeking a skilled Database Expert to administer MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer MongoDB databases with 8-12 years of experience in database administration
  • Proven expertise in MongoDB architecture, internals, backup/restore mechanisms, and patching/upgrades
  • Experience in PostgreSQL database administration, including architecture, HA clustering, and monitoring tools
  • Knowledge in MySQL database administration, monitoring tools, backup/restore mechanisms, and performance tuning
  • Experience in Cassandra database administration, architecture, HA clustering, and backup/restore mechanisms
  • Good knowledge in database auditing, logging, security practices, and performance diagnostics
  • Experience in Agile working practices and modern automation technologies like Ansible, Jenkins, and Terraform
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and Python
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience in relevant database administration
  • Excellent knowledge in MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Cassandra databases
  • Experience in database performance monitoring/tuning and SQL performance optimization
