Job Title: Ethnic Wear Retail Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail professional to lead our ethnic wear store operations. As the key figure in this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, and maintaining a unique brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Store Operations & Brand Standards
  • Manage Daily Store Operations: Ensure seamless opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management.
  • Maintain Luxury Visual Merchandising: Showcase ethnic wear collections in an appealing manner, ensuring cleanliness and ambience that reflects our luxury identity.
  • Implement Seasonal Campaigns: Execute festive promotions and new collection launches as directed by headquarters.
Sales & Customer Experience
  • Drive Sales Performance: Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets through effective sales strategies.
  • Provide Styling Guidance: Offer personalized styling advice for sarees, blouses, and accessories.
  • Handle Escalated Queries: Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring smooth exchange and return processes.
  • Cultivate Loyal Customers: Foster long-term relationships with loyal customers and promote membership programs.
Team Leadership
  • Recruit & Train Staff: Hire, train, and supervise sales staff, stylists, and support personnel.
  • Monitor Staff Performance: Set targets and conduct regular team meetings to motivate staff excellence.
Inventory & Stock Control
  • Oversee Stock Movement: Manage stock replenishment, tagging, and barcoding effectively.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure accurate records of saree collections and minimize stock loss/shrinkage.
  • Provide Market Insights: Share feedback on bestsellers, customer preferences, and market trends with the merchandising team.
Marketing & Engagement
  • Host In-Store Events: Organize festivals showcases, draping workshops, and wedding collection previews.
  • Coordinate Marketing Activities: Collaborate with marketing for influencer visits, live streaming, and customer engagement activities.
Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Generate daily/weekly sales and footfall reports.
  • E nsure Compliance: Adhere to billing, GST, and company policies, maintaining safety and operational excellence.
