Customer Service Operations Manager

Role Overview
The Customer Service Operations Manager is responsible for managing the front office and processing of transactions, as well as client onboarding and sales support. Key responsibilities include generating MIS reports, coordinating with RTA liaison teams, and providing feedback on products and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage regulatory activities, including STR, CTR, QTR, and other reporting to SEBI and AMFI.
- Generate MIS reports for the team and prepare dashboards for senior management presentations.
- Coordinate with RTA liaison teams and ensure smooth operations.
- Provide feedback on products and processes to improve productivity.
Requirements
- Graduate with minimum 3 years' experience in branch operations for a Mutual Fund or AMC.
- Expert knowledge of MS-Office applications, especially MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint.
- Thorough knowledge of regulatory procedures, documentation, and frameworks (KYC, AML).
- NISM VA certified.

- Experience in a AMC branch with retail and institutional presence.
