Website Manager Job

We are seeking an experienced Website Manager to oversee the maintenance of our brand website.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team in maintaining high standards for web quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to drive tasks and projects forward.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to our websites.
  • Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade client websites.
  • Respond promptly to and troubleshoot all website issues.
  • Identify and address security breaches on our websites.
  • Implement necessary security measures to safeguard our websites.
  • Conduct thorough content audits to eliminate redundant information.
  • Develop communication strategies aligned with our brand's goals.
  • Ensure regular test plans to maintain website quality and efficiency.
  • Regularly improve the User Experience of our websites.
  • Work closely with teams and management to ensure our website aligns with our brand strategy.
  • Present growth strategies for important website metrics to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and monitor competitor websites.
  • Plan and track promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze and prepare monthly website performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Keep track of all website updates.
  • Ensure Client satisfaction through smooth communication and spearhead all website maintenance-related conversations.
  • Work extensively with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Shopify, or Magento for website content and functionality management.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, understanding of user behavior, awareness of product management best practices, analytical mind, problem-solving attitude, working knowledge of web technologies, hands-on experience with CMS platforms, e-commerce platform experience, Agile Methodology experience, Google Analytics expertise, API documentation reading skills, ability to adapt to new tools, good understanding of SEO, troubleshooting skills, presentation skills, conflict resolution skills, and excellent time management skills.
