Webflow Developer Position

CloudEagle is seeking a skilled Webflow developer to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing our marketing web properties, working closely with the marketing team to create high-quality web experiences that focus on conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop web pages and landing page concepts in collaboration with in-house designers and the marketing team.
  • Monitor site performance and run regular audits to ensure optimal results.
  • Measure conversion, traffic, bounce rates, and other key metrics, providing actionable suggestions to the team.
  • Design innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using observations and learning.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to drive business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the field.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design, with the ability to follow brand guidelines and prioritize brand consistency across web spaces.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, including knowledge of backlinking, keyword rankings, and staying up-to-date with ever-changing SEO trends.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social and external platform tracking (pixels, events, and tracking scripts).
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
