Job Role Overview:

The role of Paid Media Manager - Business Strategy involves leading strategy, performance, and account management on all key digital channels (Search, Social, Programmatic etc) for various clients. This includes being responsible for full client management process from enabling acquisition and onboarding, to day-to-day Digital Ad Operations and performance of client accounts, requiring interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital channel strategies for a client portfolio of 8-10 accounts.
  • Manage a team of 10-15 people reporting into you and be responsible for Team Growth and planning personal development programs for subordinates.
  • Provide expert advice, strategic thinking, and guidance to clients on all digital campaigns and delivery.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and internal product development efforts.

Requirements:

  • A tech graduate/MBA with experience of 4-6 years in Search Engine Marketing (SEM)/Paid Search (PPC) & Paid Social Strategy.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and experience in planning and managing the advertising spends with clients over last 5 years.
  • Team handling experience for at least 1-2 years.
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Advanced certification for Adwords, DBM Fundamentals exam, Facebook Blueprint, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent.
