
Business Development Specialist

About the Role:- The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- They will work closely with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points, and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
- In addition, they will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, conduct market research, and analyze data to optimize sales performance.
- The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
- They will be results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Primary Roles:
- Client Acquisition and Management:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs, preferences, and pain points, providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, conducting market research and analyzing data to optimize sales performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and development, aligning sales efforts with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, tracking progress toward goals and identifying areas for improvement.
