About the Position:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Deliver personalized and professional service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in all service areas, adhering to brand standards and regulations.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service team for timely food and beverage delivery, supporting each other to achieve exceptional results.
  • Support Functions: Assist the supervisor in daily operations, providing support where needed to ensure seamless service.

Requirements:

  • Service Focus: Possess a strong service focus, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Experience: Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred, but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Develop and maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to rotational shifts, weekends, and changing circumstances.
