Job Title: Senior Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Water Treatment Engineer to lead the design, execution, and commissioning of water treatment systems. The ideal candidate will have a robust engineering foundation, hands-on experience with AutoCAD drafting, and a track record of independently handling water treatment projects from concept to commissioning.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement detailed engineering designs for water treatment systems to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Manage the preparation and review of technical documents, including PFDs, P&IDs, HFDs, and equipment layouts.
  • Lead the selection of equipment and instruments as per process requirements and prepare technical data sheets.
  • Evaluate technical offers and assist in procurement decisions.
  • Attend client meetings, conduct site visits, and handle client coordination for design approvals.
  • Plan and manage site execution and commissioning activities.
  • Troubleshoot issues in both new and existing water treatment plants.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of water treatment technologies, including STP and WTP processes.
  • Familiarity with environmental regulations and discharge compliance.
  • Process knowledge of water treatment systems.
  • Experience in preparing and checking technical documents.

  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and adaptable
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage entire water treatment projects from concept to commissioning.
