Highly Skilled Immigration Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage a full caseload of employment-based immigration cases.
- Draft, review and edit NIWs, O-1s, E-2s, EB-1s and PERM-based I-140s and I-485s with attention to detail.
- Independently manage a large caseload while liaising with teams to ensure efficiency and quality of work.
- Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with clients throughout the visa process.
- Report to legal teams and managers regarding case progression and status.
- Liaise with governmental organizations including USCIS, CBP, the US Department of State, and the US Department of Labor.
- Support lawyers in procuring evidence, preparing supplementary documents, and ensuring adherence to procedural stipulations.
- Showcase strategic acumen and initiative in relation to case assignments and pinpoint delays in the process.
- Prepare and coordinate the production of documents and responses to RFEs.
This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of immigration experience with O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As. A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate is a plus.
