Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead our design function, create engaging designs, and translate brand visions into impactful visual stories. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the creative design process, conceptualizing and creating designs that align with brand strategy and client objectives, collaborating with content, strategy, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns, supervising junior designers and freelancers, providing guidance and feedback, staying updated with design trends, tools, and industry standards, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive design strategies to drive business growth and brand recognition.
  • Create visually appealing and effective designs that communicate brand messages and resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of high-quality work.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers and freelancers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of professional experience in a design role, preferably in an agency setup.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital creatives, campaign design, and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and UI/UX will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with strategy and business goals.
