Job Title: Industrial Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Specialist to lead our team in designing, configuring, and deploying SCADA and MES applications across manufacturing operations. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation, including experience with PLCs, HMIs, and plant floor connectivity. They should also be proficient in database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, and have hands-on experience with OT/IT integration technologies. Additionally, they should have a solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices in OT environments.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, configuring, and deploying SCADA and MES applications
• Architecting and implementing real-time data acquisition, visualization, and reporting solutions
• Ensuring seamless integration of industrial control systems, PLCs, SCADAs, HMIs, and plant floor connectivity
• Developing and maintaining secure and efficient data exchange using REST APIs, MQTT, OPC UA protocols, and database technologies

Requirements:

• Strong background in industrial automation, including experience with PLCs, HMIs, and plant floor connectivity
• Proficiency in database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience with OT/IT integration technologies
• REST APIs for system interconnectivity
• MQTT for IIoT messaging and lightweight communication
• OPC UA for industrial interoperability
• Familiarity with manufacturing standards, ISA95, ISA88, ISA99, IEC 62443
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with cloud-based IIoT platforms, Azure IoT, AWS IoT, etc.
• Certifications, Ignition Gold Certified Specialist, OPC UA or relevant industrial IT/OT certifications
